Sales Tax

The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in our order before you confirm your order.

Shipping Carrier

Beverly Hills Bazaar ships most orders via UPS & USPS depending on your specified shipping location. Once shipped you will be notified via email with your tracking number.

Shipping Exceptions (Special Locations)

Expedited orders hipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business day to deliver.

In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

How much does domestic shipping cost?

The domestic shipping cost to the lower 48 contiguous states is a flat rate of $5.00 for each apparel, shoe, accessory, and jewelry item. All other items will have its own unique flat rate posted on the individual listing.

How long does international shipping take?

All international orders take 5-7 days transportation. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.

How much does international shipping cost?

We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders. The flat rate table below is based upon shipping costs for apparel, shoes, accessories and jewelry. For other items and oversized items, see fixed shipping cost on the individual item listing page.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend or major holidays. Please note that while UPS and USPS are speedy and accurate, the arrival date is not guaranteed.

What about undeliverable packages?

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

How much are international duties & taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is an estimated amount of approximately 20% of the estimated dollar amount of the merchandise. Beverly Hills Bazaar is not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

By law, Beverly Hills Bazaar must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.

What if I refuse a shipment?

If you refuse a shipment from Beverly Hills Bazaar, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Beverly Hills Bazaar. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

Domestic and International orders must be returned using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and receive shipment documentation. Refunds on international orders do-not include duties, taxes and tariffs when returned.

Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

All returns must be returned within 7-days of the date the item was received in order to receive a refund or exchange.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at BeverlyHillsBazaar.com.
